Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Clyrke ("we", "us", "our"), a managed website + booking + CRM service for local businesses. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We build and run a digital front desk for your business — a fully custom website, booking flow, CRM and client portal, email + SMS marketing, Google review automation, hosting, domain management, and on-page SEO. The base plan is $399 CAD per month with no setup fee. Add-ons (AI chat, AI receptionist, Google Ads, social media management) bill separately at the rates quoted at sign-up.

2. Subscription & billing

Your subscription bills monthly on the calendar day you sign up. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically each month. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may pause your service after a 7-day grace period.

3. Delivery window

We aim to launch your fully working Clyrke system within 14 business days of receiving your completed intake. If we miss that window — for reasons within our control — the first month is credited back per the delivery guarantee on the homepage.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@clyrke.com. On cancellation, your Clyrke-hosted site, booking system, CRM access, hosting, and managed domain are discontinued at the end of the current paid period. Export options for your CRM data and domain transfer are available on request.

5. Intellectual property

You own the brand assets you provide — logo, copy, photography, customer data. We own the underlying platform, components, and design system that power Clyrke. The custom site we build for you is licensed for your use while your subscription is active.

6. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for any content uploaded to the CRM or used in marketing, and for operating your business lawfully. Clyrke isn't a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.

7. Limitation of liability

Clyrke is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date of the update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
